Roger’s law practice concentrates in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation. He is also the host and creator of “Lawyer On The Line®,” a live question-and-answer television show which airs Sunday nights at 10:35 p.m. on KAKE-TV, Channel 10.
Born in Traverse City, Michigan, Roger received his B.A. from Wichita State University in 1984 and his J.D. from Washburn University in Topeka in 1987. In 1987, he was admitted to the Kansas Bar Association and the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas.
He is currently a member of the Wichita Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association (The American Association for Justice).
Roger and his family live in Wichita.
Donald S. Andersen was born in Anthony, Kansas in 1960. He is married and has three children.
Don was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1985. He practices in Kansas and the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Kansas State University in 1982. Don received his Juris Doctorate in 1985 from Washburn University in Topeka. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Don is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations; and Kansas Trial Lawyers Association (Member, Board of Governors). Don’s areas of practice include medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability and worker’s compensation. In his free time, Don enjoys watching sports including Kansas State football.
Mark A. Scott was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He has two daughters that followed his footsteps to attend the University of Kansas and they are all avid Jayhawk basketball fans.
Mark received his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas in 1990 and graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 1993. He coauthored Plaintiff’s Guide to Court Awarded Attorney Fees, KTLA Journal, Vol. 17, No. 6 (1994), and An Update to Consumer’s Guide to Court-Awarded Attorney Fees, KTLA Journal, Vol. 22, No. 1 (1998). He also coauthored the Insurance chapter in the Kansas Annual Survey yearly update of Kansas law for many years. Mark is a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Kansas Bar Association and the Wichita Bar Association.
Mark’s areas of practice include personal injury, semi-truck injury claims, insurance, including underinsured and uninsured motorist claims, and premises liability. Mark likes to take the time to get to know his clients during his representation of them, as he finds that is the best way to personalize the presentation of their claims so the insurance company can see who his client is, rather than just seeing them as another paper file to shuffle through.
Denisse graduated from Friends University with a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Media and a B.A. in Spanish. In her spare time, Denisse likes to spend time with her friends and family.
